Elizabeth Hawkins, PhD, MPH
Elizabeth combines her personal experience as a food allergy parent with her professional expertise as a licensed psychologist to help people manage the emotional impacts of food allergies. She is the founder of Food Allergy Hive, an online membership community offering science-based education and skills to build empowerment and resilience.

Jenna Tso, MSW, ASW
Jenna is an adult who was born with food allergies to milk, eggs, beef, and pork. Jenna received her Master of Social Work in 2023 and now works as a therapist in Los Angeles. She specializes in providing therapy to children, teens, and adults who are managing food allergies and other chronic illnesses.
