ADULT CONNECTION CIRCLE
For adults managing their own food allergies
Â
A recurring, psychologist-led gathering for adults navigating food allergies. Part education, part conversation, shaped by what the group actually wants to talk about. Sessions touch on the emotions that come with this experience and simple, practical strategies for coping with them, alongside topics like independence and daily logistics, dating and relationships, work and professional situations, navigating treatment options, and decisions around pregnancy and parenthood, including fears about passing on allergies. Most of all, it's a space to feel a little less alone carrying it.
The circle will meet for six monthly sessions via Zoom.Â
When:  Wednesdays 4-5pm Pacific, every 4 weeksÂ
Dates:Â 9/23, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16, 1/13, 2/10
Â
The cost covers the full series, join anytime and attend the remaining sessions in the current round.
