Practical tools to counter the overwhelm of food allergies
MEET DR. ELIZABETH
I am a food allergy mom, a licensed psychologist, and founder of Food Allergy Hive. I blend my personal experience of more than 17 years of managing anaphylactic allergies with my professional expertise as a therapist, coach, and advocate.
I know how completely overwhelming and anxiety-provoking it is to live with food allergies. I have felt the chronic stress and loneliness of trying to figure out how to balance safety concerns with living a full and rich life. And I have experienced the frustration of too few available resources addressing the psychological impacts of food allergies.
I get it, I’ve been there. I’ve learned a lot along the way and am here to help you build your toolbox of emotional skills and strategies. My goal is to help empower you to better cope with the experience of food allergies and move beyond surviving to thriving.
