BEYOND THE DIAGNOSIS

Courses to build skills and capacity to meet the emotional experience of food allergies with intention.

Most people navigating food allergies never get the support they need. These courses change that, bringing what works in the therapy room directly to you: practical tools you can return to, skills that grow with you, and an approach grounded in clinical expertise and lived experience. No waitlists, no geography restrictions. Available wherever you are.

Allergy Resilience: Evidence-Based Tools for Food Allergy Anxiety

Managing food allergy anxiety is exhausting in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven't lived it. You're not imagining it and you're not alone in looking for better tools for navigating life with allergies. This eight-module course distills what works in clinical psychology into practical skills helping you recognize your anxiety, transform your relationship with it, and respond with intention rather than reactivity.

Each module includes short video lessons, reflection questions, and downloadable worksheets, designed to be worked through at your own pace and returned to whenever you need them.

Who it's for:
For teens and adults managing their own food allergy anxiety, whether the allergies are yours or your child's. Teens are encouraged to complete the course with parental awareness and support.

What you'll build:
A different relationship with food allergy anxiety, not one where it disappears but one where you're no longer at its mercy. You'll build skills across three domains -- body, mind, and behavior -- and develop a clearer sense of how to navigate the situations and identities that food allergies shape.

Raising Resilience: Coaching Your Child Through Food Allergy Anxiety

Parenting a child with food allergies brings its own emotional weight: the guilt, the grief, the fear, the pressure to get it right. Before you can coach your child through their anxiety, you have to find your own footing first. This course walks you through the 3C Method, a practical framework for understanding your own emotional responses, regulating yourself in difficult moments, and then guiding your child through the big feelings that come with food allergies.

The course is built around short video lessons, guided reflection, and practical downloadable resources, including child-focused tools you can bring directly into your parenting. Self-paced and designed to be revisited as your child grows and situations change.

Who it's for:
Parents and caregivers of children with food allergies who want to support their child's emotional wellbeing while also taking care of their own.

What you'll build:
The self-awareness, emotional skills, and practical tools to show up for your child with steadiness and confidence. Because the most powerful thing you can do for your child's emotional wellbeing is tend to your own.
