BEYOND THE DIAGNOSIS

Connection circles where shared experience meets evidence-based education.

Community, learning, and practical tools for navigating the emotional side of food allergies, in a space where your questions shape the conversation and a psychologist who understands it from the inside out leads the way.

HOW IT WORKS

Each circle is a structured gathering built around what participants bring. The questions you have, the situations you're navigating, the things you haven't found words for yet. You'll leave with clearer understanding, resources you can return to, and the relief of not carrying it alone.

Led by a Psychologist

Each session is facilitated by Dr. Elizabeth, a licensed psychologist and food allergy parent of nearly two decades. Sessions include a focused educational component followed by open Q&A and discussion.

Shaped by You

When you register you'll share the topics and questions most relevant to your experience. That feedback directly shapes the sessions, so the conversation addresses what matters most to you.

Accessible to All

Connection circles meet monthly via Zoom for six sessions. No geography restrictions, no diagnosis required. Available to anyone, anywhere in the world.

These are psychoeducational circles, not therapy. Participation does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship and sessions are not reimbursable by health insurance. If you're looking for clinical support, please explore the Group Therapy page.

This list will keep growing based on what people actually need including, possibly, a circle for teens managing their own allergies. If there's something you're hoping for that isn't here yet, I'd love to know.
